Terms and Conditions for Glamping Reservation

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation for glamping accommodations with us. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you. Please review the confirmation email for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
  • Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payment via credit card. All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation Policy: As part of our operational procedures, we do not accommodate cancellations and reservations are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we highly recommend considering travel insurance to provide additional coverage in case of unexpected changes to your plans. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • Trip Insurance: Due to our strict cancellation policy, we recommend ALL guests purchase at least the basic level of trip insurance. See the link to third-party trip insurance, Rental Guardian. Trip insurance is offered to cover you in the event of ANY unforeseen circumstance that may prevent you from completing your trip, including forfeited nights or canceled trips due to unpredicted circumstances (illness, a death in the family, etc). No one can predict the future so we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
  • Damages and Additional Charges: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the glamping accommodation or its contents during their stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, lost keys, or any other damages incurred.
  • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each glamping accommodation is specified when booking. Additional guests may not be accommodated without prior approval and may incur extra charges.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated. 
  • Dishwashing Responsibility: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that as part of their responsibility before checking out, they must wash all dishes, utensils, air fryers, and cooking equipment used during their stay. All cleaned items must be thoroughly dried and put away in their respective places. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in additional cleaning fees charged at check-out.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disturbances to other guests are not permitted.
  • Safety and Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay. We do not accept liability for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur on the premises.
  • Changes to Reservation: Changes to your reservation, including dates or accommodation type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nebraska jurisdiction.
